Orders being shipped outside of Australia can be sent with either standard or express post. Prices on shipping vary, please see the information below.

*Additional Duties: We will always do our best to ensure the amount of tax you are charged is as minimal as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a customer will not encounter any tax at all upon their order entering their country.

 

You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. 

If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the returned goods. The refund will be calculated as Total Cost, Less Shipping.

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders’ progress. 

We do not have a reship policy. 

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility to be aware of your own country’s import laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country’s Customs process. If any Customs authority does not return the products to us we cannot issue the refund to you.

If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order, less the cost of shipping.

Countries outside of Australia (not including NZ or the US) may be subject to additional duties to be paid.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, may inform you of the additional duties.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned to the Mozzie patch Co. warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
